This quiet, rural community is located 20 miles north of Keene, NH about a scenic 2-hour drive from Hartford, CT. This very clean and well furnished 3 BR 2 bath lake home is located in the private community of Ashuelot Estates on 300 acre Lake Ashuelot. In addition to the community beach, this property enjoys a large, flat open area and its own extensive direct waterfront with a very shallow entry for youngsters.
The home is air conditioned, has both washer and dryer in addition to all the kitchen equipment and appliances you are used to.
