Next to last house on dead-end road, so the only traffic would be the boats cruising by! Privacy enhanced by its ½ acre lot with 180 ft of waterfront. Short distance with gentle slope from covered porch to landing / dock. Getting into the water is like getting into the shallow end of a swimming pool - approximately 1½-2 ft deep. Water is crystal clear. Bottom is firm mixture of sand and gravel. Large wrap-around open porch on 3 sides with hammock and lots of deck furniture. Off the interior dining / kitchen area is the spacious screen porch shown above where you'll likely eat most of your meals. Seating for 12 or more. House faces southwest so it'll be sunny into the early evening when the sunset show begins! Pet friendly Canoe and a kayak at your own risk.
